About Partner Institutes:

Toulouse Business School (TBS) TBS Education is one of the French prestigious “Grandes Ecoles.” Created in 1903 by the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, TBS is today one of the rare international business schools carrying the international triple accreditation: EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. In 1999, TBS has successfully launched its internationally acclaimed Aerospace MBA and has been since an asset for professionals to support the development of best practices in the aerospace sector. In the frame of the Aerospace & Mobility Cluster, TBS is strengthening its footprint in the aerospace ecosystem to train collaborative, agile and responsible decision-makers. Combining research activities and all initial and continuing training courses, the cluster enables TBS to be the only business school in the world to offer a complete range of services in this field (Bachelor of Aviation Management, Master in Aerospace Management, Aerospace MBA, Sirius Chair…).
Programme Structure
The Indian Aviation sector is poised for rapid growth. As the industry grows, we see the need for professionals who combine technical skills with managerial acumen to take up leadership roles in this sector. This programme has been conceived by the Executive Education at IIMB to provide the skills and knowledge to prepare the technical resources into techno-managerial resources for the Aerospace and Aviation sector.
International Partnership with Toulouse Business School
IIMB has partnered with Toulouse Business School, France to design this programme. The participants on successful completion of the GMAE programme are eligible to pursue an Aerospace MBA degree from TBS. The Aerospace MBA curriculum has been designed with the GMAE forming the first year of study for this 2-year MBA programme.
Successful participants will receive a certificate from IIMB and TBS for the General Management Programme for Aerospace and Aviation Executives at the end of the first stage and an Aerospace MBA from TBS after the completion of the second stage.
The GMAE certificate holders can choose to pursue the Aerospace MBA either immediately after completing the certificate programme or within 2-years of completing the Programme.
Programme design
The focus of GMAE programme is the study of core management subjects dedicated to the management of Aerospace and Aviation sector. The second year of the AeMBA is dedicated to the study of specialised tracks relating to Aerospace and Aviation Sub-Sectors, Management Challenges and supervised projects. The programme also offers an optional week in Toulouse during the first year where participants are given the opportunity to visit some of the leading Aerospace companies in Toulouse and attend sessions delivered by industry practitioners and TBS, IIMB faculty.
The programme is delivered by both faculty members from TBS and IIMB together with industry experts from Aeronautics, Aviation, Space & Defence.

Programme Fee
Stage 1 : GMAE Programme fee is Rs. 6,20,000 + 500 € (for the international immersion week) + 18% GST per Participant which is payable in instalments as per schedule indicated below.

Stage 2 (Optional): Aerospace MBA Programme fee is 16,700 € + 18% GST per participant which is payable in four instalments.
Successful completion of GMAE is a pre-requisite for admission to Aerospace MBA.
Total Programme fee = Rs. 6,20,000+ 16,700 € + 18% GST per Participant.
(travel, boarding and lodging will be borne by the participants)
All enrollments are subject to review and approval by the programme director. Joining Instructions will be shared with the organization if sponsored or to the participants on selection.
Note:
- The programme fee should be received at the Executive Education Office, before the programme commencement date.
- In case of withdrawals, the fee will be refunded only if a request is received at least 15 days prior to the start of the programme.
- If a nomination is not accepted, the fee will be refunded to the person / organization concerned.

*Hybrid – The participants who are willing and are able to travel to Bangalore, are welcome to attend the classes in our campus. The participants who are unable to travel to Bangalore can attend the classes in live, online mode through Zoom.

IIMB EEP Alumni Membership
GMAE participants become IIMB EEP alumni on completion of the programme and thereby gain access to the alumni network of senior management professionals across various industry sectors.
Award of Certificate
A part time programme certificate of completion will be awarded by IIMB to participants at the end upon successful completion of the programme and satisfying programme requirements.
