Staff Officer to the Director - Director's Office

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) invites applications for the position of Staff Officer to the Director. The incumbent needs to ensure administrative and secretarial support to the Director and document all processes of the Director's office as per the process requirement of the Institute.

Applicants with a full-time Post-Graduate degree, preferably an MBA degree, and with at least 20 years of previous experience, will be considered.

The position is on contractual basis.  Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience as per the norms of the Institute. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Chief Operating Officer for NSRCEL (N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning) 

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer for NSRCEL (N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning). NSRCEL's initiatives and activities broadly fall into two categories:  Development of Entrepreneurship and Academics of Entrepreneurship.  The COO will be responsible substantially for all of the activities that fall under the latter category and will also support the Chairperson of the Centre on many of the former set of activities.

Given the broad nature of responsibilities the COO is expected to be a self starter, conceiving new initiatives that will build on and maintain the pre-eminent position that the Centre currently occupies in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.  In addition the COO is expected to run an effective and efficient operation, based on robust internal systems that are at the same time responsive to the needs of the entrepreneurial community that it engages with.
