IIMB is looking for a Director, who, as its chief executive, is committed to and is passionate about leading a world-class value-driven institute. The selected candidate is expected to be in position by December 01, 2012.

The candidate is expected to be an eminent academic in management education. It is required that the candidate has a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline, be a full professor in an institute of repute and have a strong research/publication record. Further, the candidate should have demonstrated experience in academic administration.

The Director will be guided by the Memorandum of Association and the Rules of IIMB. He/she will have a term of 5 years with effect from the date of assumption of office or till the attainment of age 65 years (whichever is earlier). The performance of the Director will be reviewed by the BoG of IIMB midway through the tenure.
