Students Speak
This course is about transformation. It not only imparts knowledge, but reinforces in us the spirit of creative action. One is repeatedly confronted by hard questions and challenges which have no easy answers and a deep reflection ensues. Thus it awakes us to our own possibilities and potential of thought, creativity, leadership and action. The professors push us to the very limit of our logic and then take us on a journey to realms of new thoughts and ideas that we've never encountered before. Our prejudices are demolished, our resolve is strengthened, we suddenly discover that we are capable of so much more than we had given ourselves to believe.
Yogesh Kumar, Class of 2011
After spending close to 15 years in industry, it is never an easy decision to take a break and get back to school but the learning and the confidence which EPGP has given me is surely worth the time and effort. The excellent faculty, the program structure and the peer profile made IIMB my first choice for the program.
To me International Immersion has been the highlight of the program. It gave us the opportunity to interact with the CEOs of top Korean companies as well as some top speakers from industry and academia. It also helped us know more about Korea, its people and their culture highlighting the nuances of doing business in a cross cultural context.
Parveen Khokher, Class of 2011
EPGP is not just about equipping you with management skills but helping you develop a holistic perspective of life. It is the professors, among the best in India, passionate in what they teach, always willing to give you time, stimulate your thoughts who really make all the difference. With contemporary subjects such as corporate ethics, social entrepreneurship, etc. as part of the course, I'm sure EPGPians will become the socially responsible leaders who are needed in today's business world.

The EPGP Class of 2011 comes from a variety of backgrounds, such as IT services, consulting, operations, and even defence. Almost everyone has considerable international exposure. I would rate this Class high on analytical ability. The students worked extremely hard on case presentations and projects. The understanding and insights they have acquired in the Programme, e.g., making sense of financial statements, budgets and costs, should enable them to appreciate and resolve the conflicting pressures on a business enterprise. I believe that the students will be able to contribute to their prospective employers in a superior way by combining their new learnings with their past organizational experience.
Professor R.Narayanaswamy
I found the EPGP batch of 10-11 to be highly self-motivated, capable of working under pressure and psychologically secure and well-grounded. I enjoyed interacting with them both inside and outside the class. I am sure they will translate the valuable insights gained from their studies at IIMB into tangible assets for the organizations they choose to work with
Professor Shyamal Roy
I found the EPGP-10 group as extremely inquisitive, energetic and hard working. Their level of involvement in the course, preparation and intellectually stimulating interaction in the class was a delight.
Professor Mithileshwar Jha
I very much enjoyed interacting with EPGP participants. The group has rich experience and it makes the dialogue and learning process in the class highly enriching. I am convinced that the participants have the competencies to handle senior management responsibilities in global organizations.
