Lateral Placements: The Lateral Placement Program at IIMB addresses the increasing need of corporates for management students with prior work experience. Lateral Recruitments are similar to graduate recruitments but are conducted over a more extended period of time keeping in mind the inherent requirements of such a process. The companies are free to undertake any specialized kind of intensive selection process as per their convenience. Candidates with more than 22 months of work experience only are eligible for the Lateral Recruitment process.

Graduate Placements: Placements for the graduating batch are typically scheduled to take place in the first week of March every year.

Summer Placements: Summer Placements for the first year students take place in the first/ second week of November every year.
