Entrepreneurship in BRIC countries: International Models and Benchmarks
Guidelines for submission of Full Paper:
Manuscript Title: The title of the paper should be in 16-point Times New Roman font. It should be bold typed, centered and fully capitalized.
Author Name(s) & Affiliations: The Full name(s) of the author(s) should be in 12-point Times New Roman font. It must be centered underneath the title. Other details like designation, affiliation, address, mobile/landline numbers, and email/alternate email address should be in 10-point Times New Roman font, following the name of the respective authors.
Abstract: The abstract must precede the full paper. Abstract should be in fully italicized text, not exceeding 500 words. The abstract must explain the background, the need, aims, methods, results and conclusions of the study.
Keywords: Abstract must be followed by a list of keywords, subject to the maximum of five. These should be arranged in alphabetic order separated by commas and full stop at the end.
Body of Manuscript: Manuscript must be prepared on standard A4 size paper setting. It must be prepared on a 1.5 spacing and single column with 1" margin set for top, bottom, left and right. It should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font with page numbers at the bottom-centre of every page.
Headings: All section headings should be in 14-point Times New Roman font and sub-section headings should be in 12-point Times New Roman font. These must be bold-faced, aligned left and fully capitalized. Leave a blank line before each heading.
Figures & Tables: These must be simple, centered & numbered, and the titles of figure/table must be above the figure/table. Sources of figures/tables should be mentioned below them.
Citation & References: References should be cited in the text in the style prescribed in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edn.).
Indicate the position of the reference in the text within brackets by the author's last name and the year of publication; e.g.: "(Hooda, 1998)" or "as pointed out by Hannan and Freeman (1977)", if it is part of a sentence. At the end of the text, references should be listed in the alphabetical order of the last names of the authors, with a title, 'References'. The title 'REFERENCES' should be bold-faced, fully capitalized and left-aligned with 14-point Times New Roman font.
Some examples of how the references are to be listed at the end are given below.
- (If it is a book): Hooda, R. P. (1998). Indian securities market. New Delhi: Excel Books.
- (If it is an article in a journal): Hannan, M.T., & Freeman, J. (1977). The population ecology of organizations. American Journal of Sociology, 82(5), 929-964.
- (If it is an article in an edited book): Kanter, R.M. (1988). When a thousand flowers bloom: Social, structural and collective conditions for innovation in organizations. In B. Staw and L. Cummings (Eds.), Research in organizational behavior (Vol.10, pp. 169-211). Greenwich, CT: JAI Press.
