Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) invites online e-Tenders from approved and eligible Class-I Registered Contractors of CPWD/KPWD/MES/BSNL/Railways for the following work:

A) Prequalification conditions for the Contractors:

1.The approved and eligible Contractors should be registered Class-I with CPWD/KPWD/MES/BSNL/Railways.

2. The Tenders will be issued only to eligible Contractors provided they produce definite proof from the appropriate authority, which shall be to the satisfaction of the competent authority of having satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified below:

a) Three compound wall works not less than sixty lakhs.
b) Two compound wall works not less than seventy five lakhs.
c) One compound wall work not less than one hundred twenty five lakhs in the last ten years ending on 31.01.2012.

3. Preference will be given to contractors possessing precast construction techniques, equipments and yards.

4. The IIMB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
