Recent projects executed by IIMB faculty include work on organizational structure and staffing pattern for a large petro-chemical company; a marketing strategy for a software products company; a business leadership programme for a well-known group for industries; risk management for a financial services company; comprehensive review of the scheme of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS).
